Shipping Information
All Kirby’s Corner products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful, a third-party print provider.
- Production typically takes 2–5 business days
- Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships
At Kirby's Corner we believe in minimizing the waste for our planet! Each item is created specifically for you, which means orders enter production shortly after checkout and cannot be modified once processing begins.
Returns & Exchanges
Kirby’s Corner exists to support wildlife rehabilitation and care. To keep proceeds focused on this mission:
We only accept returns or replacements for manufacturing defects or items damaged during production or shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or style selection
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor color differences due to screen/display variations
This policy helps ensure continued support for the animals and causes this shop exists to serve.
Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Misprints
- Tears or holes
- Incorrect items received
- Damage caused during production or transit
Each claim is reviewed individually.
Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kirby’s Corner is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure shipping details are accurate and consider secure delivery options when available.

Kirby’s Corner partners with Printful for production and shipping. Processing times, carrier delays, and transit issues may occasionally occur and are outside our direct control.
